A Tunisian couple have won the top prize in an online strategy game, a cow.

Pamela the cow was put up as a prize in the online strategy game, Bagra, (literally, cow) where players must grow their own herd, whilst protecting their livestock from rivals’ rustling.

Prior to her award, Pamela the cow had been staying at the offices of the game’s developers, Digital Mania.

Video provided by local news site, Tuniscope shows Pamela being loaded into a trailer for delivery to her new owners.

According to Digital Mania, players can make in game purchases that, as well as helping safeguard their own herd, help them pilfer opposing players’ cows. In a patriotic bid to boost the national economy, all purchases were only available in Tunisian Dinars.

Other winners in the game took home prizes of telephones and tablets, which as well as taking up less space, are easier to clean up after.

While Pamela the cow’s ultimate fate remains unknown, players are currently competing for a second cow, Brigitte. According to Digital Mania, Brigitte will be available to the winner for delivery, donation or divided into easy portions.
